Nixo is on the Protocol Support team at the Ethereum Foundation. The Protocol Support team helps coordinate open source ethereum client developers from ~12 different companies, who must collaborate to release successful upgrades to a decentralized protocol.

She's also working on a new initiative with her team to make that governance and upgrade process clearer to the general public.
