About me
Mark has worked in the software industry for 25 years with over 22 years working on critical infrastructure software. In his role as a principal technologist at Wind River, Mark applies his experience developing software in the robotics, telecommunications, and air traffic control fields, along with constant research and learning to provide architectural leadership to the Wind River Linux product suite. Mark contributes to open source projects including the Yocto Project, StarlingX and many more. Mark often works with various silicon vendors and other embedded developers to enhance and grow open source software. He provides guidance to partners and customers on topics such as open source software use, maintenance, security and challenges, while in turn getting insight into industry trends and roadmaps.
